Project Description
8′ wide trail to continue from the intersection of Henry and North Streets north through a NIPSCO property that is slated to be abandoned and over the Witmer ditch with a new pedestrian bridge to connect the 10′ trail going through the Jack R. Harris Park in. There is no timeline on that currently. Once NIPSCO abandons the property, the town can move forward with a plan to design and fund the new section.
